We would like to inform that any foreign goods previously imported to the local market from other countries of the world can be exported to other GCC countries according to the statistical release statement in order to avoid repayment of customs duties at the country of final destination, the statement of statistical issuance must be stamped with the clearing stamp. Please refer to the clearing mechanism in this manual for further details.
