e would like to inform that you must obtain a work permit or work permit without a permit to allow a foreign national to work in Canada and there are specific requirements that must be met by foreign nationals and employers under the Temporary Foreign Workers Program or the International Mobility Program. There are two types of work permits: open work permits and employers' work permits.

The Open Work Permit allows you to work with any employer in Canada except the following employers:

- Non-qualified on the list of employers who failed to comply with the conditions

- Those who perform striptease or aphrodisiac dance or accompaniment or erotic massage on an ongoing basis.

You can obtain an open work permit in certain specific cases. The work permit for employers allows you to work in accordance with the conditions listed on your work permit which include:

- The name of the employer that you can work for.

- How long you can work

- Where you can work (if any)

- General eligibility requirements

Regardless of where you apply, you must:

- Prove to the employee that you will leave Canada when your work permit expires.

- Demonstrate that you have enough money to take care of yourself and your family members while you stay in Canada and return home.

- Obey the law and you do not have any record of criminal activity (we can ask you to provide a police discharge certificate)

- Do not pose a threat to Canadian security.

- Be in good health and conduct a medical examination if necessary.

- Do not plan to work for an employer listed as “unqualified” on the list of employers who have failed to comply with the conditions.

- Do not plan to work with an employer who offers striptease, aphrodisiac dancing, escort services, or erotic massage

Give the employee any other documents required by you to prove your access to the State:

- Temporary residence permits to Canada

- Persons who do not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act are subject to the following:

* Refusal of permanent residence or temporary residence visas abroad

* Rejection of electronic work permit.

* Access denied at port of entry

* Or refuse treatment within Canada

However, in some cases, there may be compelling reasons for an employee to issue a temporary residence permit to allow a person who does not meet the requirements of the law to enter or stay in Canada. 

If you are otherwise unacceptable but have a valid reason to travel to Canada in the circumstances, you may be issued a temporary residence permit.

To be eligible for a temporary residence permit, your need to enter or stay in Canada must outweigh the health or safety risks to the Canadian community as determined by the Immigration or Border Services Officer even if the reason for not being admitted is minor and you must prove that your visit is justified and no guarantees can be given that you will be issued a temporary residence permit.

A permit is often issued for the duration of your visit to Canada - for example, one week to attend a conference and you must commit to leaving Canada on the expiry date or obtaining a recent permit before your current permit expires.

Please note that the employee can cancel the permit at any time and the permit will be invalid once you leave Canada unless you are entitled to leave and re-enter Canada.

The  conditions:

- Electronic travel permit required

- A temporary residence permit may be issued based on the nature and circumstances of non-acceptance and the continuing substantial reason for travel if you are a citizen of a country requiring an electronic travel permit and the said e-travel permit has been denied and the visa office in your country may have the temporary residence permit application form and you should check with the visa office to learn more about the specific application procedures.

Visa Required:

You must apply for a temporary residence visa along with supporting documents to explain why you are not accepted and why you may be justified in entering Canada.

Fees:

You must pay a fee (CAD 200) which includes the cost of processing your application for a temporary residence permit and will not be refunded if your permit is denied and you can visit the Visa Office website for specific payment instructions.

* If a person is not aware of the need for an electronic travel permit, they should consult “Come to Canada wizard”. If completed properly, the applicant will be directed to apply for an ETA.

If the applicant is exempted from submitting an ETA or is not eligible to apply for an ETA, he / she will be notified and directed to the programs for which he / she will be eligible.
