Although your inquiry regarding the granting of your passport to the company is not clear, here are the following information:

 There is no legal providion requiring the worker to grant the passport to the company after the company has completed all the following procedures:

 - Procedures of obtaining the residence.

 - Procedures of conducting the medical examination.

 - Procedures for obtaining work permit.

 - Procedures to complete health insurance on the worker.

The company may ask the worker to give them his passport if there are additional procedures required to be made. We reaffirm that there is no legal provision obliging the worker to give  his passport in order they keep it without a legal justification.

 If the employer has asked for the passport of the worker, the worker may  file a complaint at the Ministry of Manpower against the employer.
