1. visit a GYN doctor to do the needed medical examnations and determine the treatment pathway
2. avoid stress and anxeity 
3. healthy life style including healthy regular food and exercise 3- 4 times a week
4. loss weight if you are over-weight
5. make sure that you are not taking any medication that may cause abnormal hormonal levels 
6. do the needed medical examnation to determine the cause which is usually hormonal ( common ) and usually its corrected by hormonal supply medications such as estrogen 
7. in case of infection as you mentioned in your questions , you have to treat it and should be treated by topical and oral antibiotics such as clindamycin
