We would like to inform you that work in the free zones is not directly subject to the provisions of the UAE Labor Law, but each region has its own provisions, but according to the Ministry of Labor in case of overtime work, the worker is subject to the labor law. Therefore, if the working conditions require the employee to work more than normal working hours, the period of increase shall be considered as overtime for overtime, which shall be paid by the normal wage plus 25% of that wage if the working conditions require the employee to work overtime between 9:00 pm and 4:00 am, the employee shall be entitled to the overtime pay for the working hours plus 50% of the wage and if  the circumstances necessitate the employment of the worker on this day of rest, he shall be compensated for another day of rest or to be paid the basic wage for the normal working hours plus an increase of at least 50% of that wage.
