A man died with no wife or children. Can his nephews inherit although their father who is the brother of the deceased died a few Years ago

We would like to inform you that the nephews inherit their uncle if there is no direct inheritance person and there are no brothers to the deceased person. If your uncle doesn’t have brothers then you inherit him, but if there are alive uncles then you will not have inheritance. Allah knows the best.
