What is our advice:
Epigastric pain or pain in stomach can be caused by many medical condistions, we advise you to take omeprazol 20mg , 1 tab every 12 hours for 2 weeks and also we advise you to do H.pylori test and visit gastroenterologist for medical examination and considering gastroscopy
What are the reasons of epigastric pain
smoking
  • hot , spicy food
  • consuming high caffeine containing beverages and chocolate
  • acid reflux
  • hernia
  • H.pylori bacterial infection
  • stress
Signs of the stomach illness
heart burn
  • vomiting
  • bloating
  • vomiting of blood in severe untreated cases
  • severe abdominal pain
  • dark or brown stool
How stomach pain can be diagnosed
taking full medical history of the patient
  • CBC test
  •   H.pylori stool antigen test
  • gastroscopy
How to treat stomach pain?
It depends on the reason, we recommend the following treatment for h.pylori infection which is the first reason for stomach pain after doing h.pylori test improvement you should visit a gastroenterologist for further evaluation
  • Pantovir 40mg twice daily for 14 days
  • Metronidazole 500mg three times daily 14 days
  • Clarithromycin 500mg three times daily for 14 days

If one of the following occurs , you should go to the hospital immediately
  • vomiting blood
  • bloody stool
  • severe abdominal pain

Regarding your previous condition, it may not cause the pain so please follow our advice mentioned at the begninig of the question
Regarding what you mentioned , the esophagitis or the inflamation of the esophageal
mucosa may occur in some case of gastritis in which there is an association of gastro-
esophageal reflux disease with the gastritis , leading to regurgitation of the acid
from the stomach into the esophagus which in turn will lead to irritation of the
esophageal linings and development of the esophagitis

Sorry for this mistake, you have eosonophilic colitis not esophigitis
So the last paragraph of my answer still correct. eosonophilic colitis may not be the cause as if there is no other symptom now than the stomach pain, you need to do the tests I mentioned in the first part of my answer (what is our advice)
