treatment
all people have a headache once or more in his life so to treat the haeadache we must know the cause and treat according to the cause but the most common cause is stress so you must getting and enough sleep and regular exercise and stretching and be relax and go away feom stress
eat fruit and vegetbels and take medication like prothiaden 25mg 3times in day and pain killer like paracetamol 500mg 3times in day
diagnosis
you must do cbc which conatain wbc to exclude inflamation in respiratory system and to exclude to
snusitis and must go to psycheitry doctor
exclude tention and stress an d depression
there is several causes to headache
- tention and stress
- Changes in sleep or lack of sleep
- Poor posture
- Skipped meals
- drinking alcohol
- addiction on nicotin or narcotic
- meningitis
- acut sinusitis
- increased in hypertention
- dehyration
- stroke
- conccution
- ear infection
- cancer like brain tumor if ther is vomiting and so
