We sign the offer letter last Sept 26 they mention that the start day will be October they send email last Oct 7 they mention To The email that they Will send the visa within that week but until Now we didn't receive any. I try to call them but they say that they will contact us

We would like to inform you that according to the Federal Labor Law, after signing the work letter then the required period is 60 days since the application is done. So that is the period for issuing visa and ID and insurance. If it takes more than that, then we advise you to go to the labor office and file a complaint to avoid violating the residence and fines and the sponsor bear all that.
