We would like to inform you that if you are an expat in UAE and you have work visa and work card in Abu Dhabi, then yes you can use it in Dubai without any legal problem, as the point is to have residence in the legal country. So if you have residence in Abu Dhabi, then you can move to work in Dubai with the same sponsor, if you don’t get new work and approval from the sponsor to change the employer in any emirate in the county.
