Good day! My name is Liza. I am working for Dubai company under unlimited contract. My overall experience with them is 1 years 4 months. Nowadays my company is doing redacting in force, which actually covered my position as well. Is it legal if company based in Dubai is forcing you to take annual leave , in order to do not pay this days at the end of the employment.? Many thanks

If you got dismissed from the company, you shall file a claim for your arbitrarily dismissal by filing a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation against the company to get all your dues, as they may not force you to take annual leave or terminate your contract arbitrarily.

about that and ask for compensation. As the UAE Federal Law states:
Article 123
Where a worker is arbitrarily dismissed, the competent court may order the employer to pay him a compensation, to be assessed by the court with due regard to the nature of the work, the extent of damage sustained by the worker and his period of service, and after investigating the work circumstances, provided that such compensation shall in no case exceed the worker's wage for three months, calculated on the basis of his last wage.
