I already last the appeal no more appeal because of expert mistake. now I want to start separate case against expert to prove he is wrong then hopefully court will re open the case again

I don’t want to claim damages. I want to prove expert is wrong that way I last the case so my case can be reopen again .Can I open case against the expert in public prosecution . To prove the expert is wrong?
