Good afternoon. Just want to ask about on something. I had a loan in Dunia last 2012 and was defaulted in payment mid of 2016 and they file police case against me but when I went to the police station they said it was closed already and police issue clearance for me. Does this mean I can not open a new bank account in UAE?
