I was working one company last 3 years and right now I am resigned as company not paying well . After resign, owner said that no need to complete notice period and you can leave the company . Also he bring cancellation paper but I refused coz my salary, leave salary, gratuity is not paid . They said that you can go labor and I complaint in labor . One time we both met labor and owner said that I want to pay back room rent which is they paid for me and it’s 120k for 2 years . My salary is 4000 basic and 250 aed Acomodation , 250 transport .

Also company buy 2 no’s car under my name and they are the one paying EMI for loan. But both car I taken as I am not trusting them
