First time or Renewal

Tunisians living in Tunisia

*Fill in and sign the passport application form.

*A copy of the national ID card showing the origin or birth certificate for minors.

*4 photographs.

*Study proof for students.

*The guardian's license for minors accompanied by a copy of his ID card.

*Tax stamp (25 Tunisian dinars for students and children under 6 years old, 80 dinars for the rest).

*Add the old passport for the status of renewal.

*Apply with normal paper when you want to keep your old passport.

*Submit the application at the police station or the National Guard department.

Tunisians living abroad

In addition to the above documents, you shall provide a proof of your stay legally abroad for those who are abroad.

For the Tax stamp, it may be paid in dinars or the equivalent in foreign currency.

Submit the application at the embassy or consulate.
