Does hypothyroid effects pregnancy ?
if you take good control of it , it wont effect your pregnancy , so just stick to your medication 
General advices :
1. continue visiting your doctor regularly to make sure of your health and your pregnancy health
2. dont take any medication without doctor consultation
3. avoid smoking and alcohol
4. have plenty of rest 
food to avoid during pregnancy :
1. processed fppd 
2. raw meat
3. oily and fatty meals 
4. coffee 
5. high sugar levels drinks
