what is the reatment of frozen shoulder ?

- non steroidal drugs such as endomethacin
- steroidal injection such as hydrocortizone in the shoulder joint
- normal saline injection in the shoulder to stritch it
- physical rehabelitation
- surgical method as the last way that is usually done using arthroscopy to loosen up the stretched tissues
what are the signs and symptoms ?
- pain and stifness of the joint
- pain may be reliefed sometimes but the stiffness may get worse by the time
- unable to lift normal objects like grocery bag
what are the causes ?
- history of breast surgery (mastectomy )
- hiustory of diabetis mellitus
- ischeamic stroke
- if you are a female betwen 40-60 years old then you have more chance to get frozen shoulder
what are the diagnostic methods ?
- medical history and clinical examination
- mri scan of the joint
