We would like to inform you that you can file a complaint to the management to investigate and take the penalty procedures against them. Also you can go to the Public Procesution or the nearest police as this is a crime as states the Qatari Penal Code:
Article (333)
Any person who assaults the inviolability of the private life of individuals, without their consent in cases other than those legally authorized, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and by a fine not exceeding ten thousand (10,000) Qatari Riyals (QR 10,000).
1. To dissolve a private message or telegram addressed to other individuals.
2. Hear your hearing in a phone call.
3. Record or transmit conversations held in a private place, through a device of any kind.
4. Take or transmit pictures or videos of an individual or individuals in a private place, through a device of any kind.
The same penalty provided for in the preceding paragraph shall be punished by:
1. Take or transmit images or videos of an individual or individuals in a public place, through a device of any kind, for the purpose of abuse or defamation.
2. Taking or transmitting pictures or videos of the injured or deceased in accidents, through a device of any kind, in cases other than those legally authorized.
