Below the marriage requirements:
1 - passports of the owners of marital relationship
2 - Residence them in the state
3 - Provide a certificate of medical examination that shows the absence of diseases and indicate the extent of fitness for marriage
4 - The wife to obtain a certificate of no objection to marriage and the matter is through the review of the embassy of the country and apply for it
5 - The wife to obtain a certificate showing the social status of her, which shows if the marriage or was previously widowed or divorced or single
With providing the main elements of marriage, the presence of the guardian or his representative in the event of his failure to attend and then bring two witnesses to the court before the court and complete the procedures of the marriage and the legalization of the marriage contract from the court and authorized by the court and approved by the Foreign Ministry in Lebanon, and the couple embassies.
