We would like to inform you that according to the Qatari Domestic law, the contract shall be complied by the employer as the law states:
Article (7)
The employer shall abide by the following:
1. Provision of adequate food and housing for the user, adequate health care, medicines and medical supplies in the event of illness or injury during or during the performance of the work, without requiring the user to bear any financial burdens.
2 - the treatment of the user a good treatment to preserve his dignity and integrity of his body.
3. Not to endanger the life or health of the user or to harm him physically or psychologically in any manner of abuse.
4 - Do not run the user during his sick leave.
5 - Do not run the user on daily rest or on weekends, unless there is agreement between the parties otherwise.
Article (8)
The employer shall pay the monthly wage agreed upon to the user in the Qatari currency at the end of the Gregorian month, and not later than the third day of the following month.
The employer shall not be discharged from the user's wage unless he proves that he has been deposited in the user's bank account or delivered to him in cash under a signed contract stating that he has received the full payment.
The employer shall not be allowed to deduct any fees, fees or expenses from the wage due to the user for the procedures of bringing him to the State.
Article 9
It is prohibited for the employer to operate the user outside the country without his consent. If this is proven, the user may terminate the contract of employment before the end of his term, while retaining his right to end of service benefits and returning him to his home country or place of residence at the expense of the employer.
Article 17
the user may terminate the contract of employment before the expiry of his term and retain his right to end of service indemnity in any of the following cases:
1. If the employer breaches his obligations under the provisions of this law or employment contract.
2. If the employer or his representative has used fraud at the time of contracting with the user in respect of the terms of use.
3. If the employer or a member of his or her family commits an attack on his body or life.
4. If there is a serious danger to the safety or health of the user, provided that the employer is aware of the existence of the hazard and has not worked to remove it.
