 Article (35)

 (D) Managed, prepared or prepared in return for a place of abuse of narcotic drugs or dangerous psychotropic substances. If the crimes stipulated in the last three articles are committed without charge, the penalty shall be imprisonment for a period not exceeding ten years and not less than five years and a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand riyals and not less than one hundred thousand riyals.

The penalty shall be life imprisonment and a fine not exceeding four hundred thousand riyals and not less than two hundred thousand riyals in case of recidivism.

The accused shall be deemed to be a returnee if he commits a similar crime before the lapse of five years from the execution of the sentence imposed or rehabilitated therein.

All foreign judicial convictions for offenses similar to the offender's offense shall be taken into account in proving the recidivism.

The offender shall be punished with the same penalty if he participates in committing one of the crimes stipulated in this article, who has not attained the age of eighteen full Gregorian years, or any of his assets or branches or spouse or any of the person who raises or observes or who has effective authority over them.
