Is It OK in Tagalog?

If your inquiry related to the fact that you would like to return to the Philippines even though the employment contract is still valid and has not expired, we would like to provide the following information:

The Kuwaiti Domestic Workers Law does not contain a clear provision that stipulate imposing a penalty against the worker if he does not complete his contract of employment in order to return to his country. However, the employer is entitled to lodge a complaint with the Directorate of Domestic Workers if the worker does not want to complete the employment contract. If the Directorate of Domestic Workers is not able to resolve the dispute between the worker and the employer, it will refer the complaint to the Labor Court in order for the judge to render a binding judgment to both parties according to his discretion.
It is advised to negotiate with the employer in order to obtain his written consent to terminate the employment contract in order to return to the Philippines without problems.
