what is the treatment of the keloidalis nuchae ?

- laser hair removal is a good option for mild cases
- topical steroids for small papaules such as betamethasone ointment
- oral antibiptics if there is an infection such as cefaclor
- in case of large skin leasions an oral steroids such as perdinsone or even in an iv form such as dexamethasone
- in severe cases a sucrgical excision might be an option
