Suicide and negative thoughts control the mind when a person is in a severe depression. Depression is caused by several different reasons, like for example as result of emotional trauma or family problems or arguments with other people , or maybe a psychological pressure or other reasons that burdens the soul and thoughts and make people look at life in a dark manner.
But it is important to know that suicide is not the solution for the problems and pressures that you are going through. Your soul is precious. You have to look to the life in a positive manner, and to look at the bright side of it. Try again and again to reach your goals, you still have a life full of good things and good people who love you.
Try to talk to a person whom you trust, a close friend, so that you get rid of these thoughts. Always try to busy yourself with doing sports which will relieve you, sport can make you healthy.
Finally, try to talk to yourself in a good hopeful way, learn and practice your hobbies. Do not let there anytime for boredom or suicidal thoughts

I don't remember the last time I felt happy. I don't care for anything. Even my goals.. I don't feel they're mine.. Like they're nothing. I hate myself, I hate being a burden in everyone's life. I hate how I'm not able to change. I hate this loneliness. I attempted suicide once after asking this question. I failed. It hurts. Maybe I'm just an attention seeker. I hate myself for being like this. I don't even know who's me, I don't know me. I don't know what's my reality, what's my real personality. Am I a very good healthy person who's acting, seeking attention, wanting to change others, living in the victim role. Or what I'm feeling is real and I have real problems? In both cases it's terrible although most of the time I believe the first is me and I should stop acting and be more grateful for everything in my life. I'm not really sure if I'll get a response from you but I felt like maybe I can write here
