Disruption of work without an acceptable excuse during the contractual year for ten consecutive days or fifteen consecutive days.
A breach by one of the parties to the contract of the obligations established by law or agreement has been proved, in which case the provisions of article 23 of this Act shall be applied.
The employer can terminate the contract, if he did so without reason related with the worker, then the employer shall provide ticket to return the worker to his country and pay compensation equal to month salary, and pay any dues to the worker and any compensations decided by the court.
