- this situation called hiatal hernia
- and it is a situation where the stomach protrude from its normal site , to upward toward the chest
- through an openning in the diaphrag muscle , which separate between abdominal cavity and chest cavity
- the stomack might goes up due to many factors
- due to chronic increase in the abdominal cavity as chronic cough
- or chronic constipation
- or in pregnancy with females
- and it could happened due to trauma to the abdomen or chest
