In order to obtain an Article 18 visa, this service allows the issuance of a residence permit for workers in the private sector for the first time in accordance with Article 18 of the Executive Regulation of the Aliens' Residence Law

Conditions for obtaining the service
The residency application form shall be signed by the sponsor
