We would like to inform you that you may mean the judicial deportation, not travel ban. As there are two types of deportations, the judicial deportation which is issued by a judicial decision and removed by a judicial order. But the second is an administrative deportation issued by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship and it can be removed by an application submitted to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs where you reside.

• Judicial deportation

Judicial deportation, issued by a court order against a foreigner who is sentenced to a penalty restricting freedom in a felony or misdemeanor, in accordance with article 121 of Federal Law No. 3 of 1987 promulgating the Penal Code, as amended by Federal Law No. 34/2005, as amended by Federal Law Decree No. 7/2016, which states that if an alien is convicted of a felony with a restriction of liberty or for offenses on offer, he shall be sentenced to be removed from the State. In other misdemeanors, the court may order in its ruling that he be deported from the State, or that he be sentenced instead of being sentenced to a restrictive penalty.

How to remove judicial deportation

Any person who has been subject to a judicial decision to deport him from the State may apply to the Public Prosecution to consider the revocation of the deportation judgment, with the reasons and documents, and submit it to the concerned committee to make a decision.
