i got TRV refusal email

If you get a refusal for your TRV or your application to come to Canada, you can apply again any time, unless the decision letter says that you can’t.

You have to convince the VISA agent that you have a stable financial status, a good ties to your home country, and the most important that you will certainly return to your home country and not staying in Canada,
that means that your intention is to be a temporary visitor.
