We would like to inform you that in order to obtain a Kuwait visa you will need a sponsor, which is usually your employer. If you are traveling to work and if you are working in Kuwait for a long time, you need a residence visa. You must first obtain a NOC from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor after submitting the application by your sponsor but if you have made arrangements before entering, your next step is to send the NOC to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior if you arrive on a visitor visa (see above) your sponsor will apply for a NOC and upon receipt of this application it will be submitted directly to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior for a residence visa when you receive your visa approval you must leave the country and return with a no objection certificate (although this requirement is sometimes waived) your residence visa will be issued shortly and a medical examination including an HIV / AIDS test is required, once you have a residence visa, you will be issued a civil ID card, which you must have at all times, as in other Gulf countries your sponsor usually takes care of these administrative matters, leaving you simply to follow instructions.
