Hello I would like to ask if what is the best cream i need to use to cure my hemorrhoids.tnk you

Nope I ddnt yet to go to the doctor and I ddnt take any medication as of now I'm doing just I use petroleum jelly to apply on it and I do pull in together with that jelly this is the first time I feel this and that was yesterday

I really dont want to go to doctor because I'm shy on it showing my ashole for check up that's why I'm doing research for the best remedy for this.
