Pediatrician available???

My son is 10 years old and he suffering from head ache in back of his head, before it was once in a month but recently he got head ache since two days and coughing and vomiting two three times a day.. i have shown him to the neurologist but they are just giving him sibelium for migraine and pain reliever but after six months of treatment there is no improvement in his condition it even getting worse. I think we are consulting with the wrong specialist. I just want to based on his symptoms should we consult with neurologist, pediatrician or some other doctor.
