Weve been that route they will still pay but monthly now. I need advise as a tenant who has a contract but cant pay now the full amount to my landlord for the 6 months. Requested 6 monthly payments but not agreed by landlord. If I dont have the full amount by the end of the month when it is due can I move out and is she oblidged to return my cheque
