I bought a unit at the heart of Europe cote d'azur and the project was supposed to finish in 2017 . I only paid the first installment and was supposed to pay the rest upon completion of 50% and more of construction. When they started delaying I contacted their legal for cancelling the contract and compensation. We were negotiating settlements. They stretched it again. I'm contacted by their customer service now to pay the registration and the second installment ignoring everything that we discussed before. They threaten me that I breach the contract by not paying the second installment.
