We would like to inform you that according to the law of residency for expat and to transfer the residence of Article (18) to another with another sponsor, you may transfer the residence but according to a specific conditions to you as follows:
· Spent at least 2 years in the service of the sponsor/ employer.
· Obtain non-objection from the sponsor to change the employer.
Required documents:
· Original civil ID of the previous sponsor and a copy
· The original civil ID of the current sponsor and a copy
· The original civil ID of the sponsored person and a copy
· Passport for the sponsored person
· (2) personal photos
· Signature and a copy thereof
· Health insurance policy
After that go to the General Directorate of Residence where you reside.
