Treatment of vaginal itching:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can use the following treatment:
- Flagyl 500 mg three times daily
- Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily
- Miconazole cream twice daily
- Diktazole vaginal suppositories once daily before sleep for three days
Causes of vaginal intching:
It may be due to:
- Fungal infection
- Bacterial infection
- Allergy...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of vaginal itching:
It depends on the clinincal examination of a gynacologist and investigations as:
- PAP smear
- Abdomen and pelvis ultrasound
