We would like to inform you that referring to the rents law in UAE and with the damage you have as a tenant, the smell that prevents you from using the house shall be removed and repair by the lessor
Therefore, if you want to terminate the lease contract for this reason, yes it is legal justification and you have the right to claim the rest of your wage.
If the owner refused then you can go to the Municipality court and file a complaint in the Rent Dispute Committee and file a case to claim for the deposit and clarify that you handed the property as it was given to you, and they will force the owner to refund the amount.
