We would like to inform you that if you are a foreigner living in UAE and want to inquire about investment in Latvia, the minimum investment is 100,000 EUR.
According to the program requirements, the investor must invest a minimum of EUR 1 million for a period of five years. IDLF is one of the safest and least risky methods in the Immigrant Investor Program.
The advantages of investing in Latvia are:
- Get residence in the state and then obtain citizenship
- Get citizenship, which grants Irish citizenship in accordance with residency requirements, which includes:
- The investor must be a resident of the country for at least one year before applying for investment in the country
- The foreign investor must be a resident of the country for four years in order to obtain residence and Latvia citizenship.
- Citizens outside the EEA are not required to have a work permit according to the Latvia Business Department.
The most important investment requirements are:
• The foreign investor from outside the European Economic Area must have obtained a permit from the Department of Justice and Equality with the need to be a state worker
• Asylum is granted to citizens outside the EEA
• The foreign national must hold an appropriate commercial permit to run his business in Latvia
• A foreign citizen must be registered as a student and work at least 20 hours per week
• A copy of the original passport and a valid passport
• 2 passport size photographs
• Submit original copy of birth certificate
• Submit a notarized copy of the marriage certificate
• Provide proof of the legality of the funds through which the investment is made within the State
• Demonstrate the net wealth of the foreign investor and indicate the sources of funds
• Provide an original certificate of clearance from the police
• All fees payable for investment within the territory of the State shall be paid
