We would like to inform you that you can inquire whether your company has filed a flight report against you or not through a review of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and a fine of overstay and you can apply to the Federal Identity and Citizenship Authority for the reduction of the fine, as per the Federal Aliens' Residence Law and its Executive Regulations, every foreigner has canceled his visa or residence permit or his residence permit expired at the end of the permit, visa or residence permit and the renewal shall not be initiated, in cases where this is possible, within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of expiry or he did not leave the State within that period.
