In order for your case to be withdrawn, you must be present and acknowledge the waiver and reconciliation on the case. So, a notice was sent to you to know your real position on the case and whether you waive it and reconcile it or not. If the company stalled the termination, which is your right, you have to waive your complaint. In my opinion, do not waive your complaint until after the termination and getting all your dues because it is possible to exploit this waiver against you by the company to manipulate the court that you have got your dues and that you were wrong. Therefore, it is better not to waive until after termination and getting all your dues.
