My company always deduct or salary .they hve a lot of deduction such us curfew,not wearing uniform, client complain, and more and also i want to know is it possible that our insurance can be active or deactivate ? Because every time we go in clinic bor hospital we can't use it because they said its not renew not activate by our company and its hard for us to pay because we only have small salary so we relay to our insurance but the thing they will not open it when we dont really bother them so much and my really concern here is i want to resign because of what they do im working so hard but they put a lot of deductions and they said if we resign we have to pay them 9 thousand derham is it possible even im coming 1 year this nov.27?
