Hi actually my husband give divorce to me on what's up chat is that valid divorce ?
Assistant: Where are you located? It matters because laws vary by location
I'm in UAE n living in Al nahda Sharjah
Assistant: Has anything been filed or reported?
No nothing .now only 5days ago it's happened.now he said he didn't mean to give me divorce it's happened on anger

As we are Muslims I want to know what rule wil apply on this situation is that confirm or there is any way to get back together.because I love my husband

Praise is to Allah. We seek refuge in Him. He is not misguided. He who is guided by Allah no one shall mislead him. And no one shall guide a misleading person. I testify that there is no god but Allah, who has no partner and that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.

You have to know that the written divorce , whether it is on paper or whatsapp then it take place if the husband intends to divorce you at the time of writing whatsapp, then the divorce occurs. If this is the first time he divorces you, you have to stay at home until the end of the Idda, which is three menstrual.
As for returning to him:
He can return you before the end of the Idda without a new dowry and a new marriage contract, but if the Idda has ended, there must be a new dowry and a new marriage contract. However, it is necessary to go to the Shari'a court in your country of residence to confirm the divorce and to return after the divorce.
