It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that if the contract includes work under trial for a certain period, in this case the employer can terminate the employee's contract during the trial period, or at the end of that period without commitment to the notice period, and deprive the employee from the end of service benefits ranging from one to six months.
Meaning that the worker can work or not with the employer under trial, which mean that it is not mandatory and it is agreed by both parties.
