We would like to inform you that if you get a job offer and arrive in the UAE and the company refuses to complete the recruitment procedures and give you a wage minus and did not provide you with a copy of the offer or employment contract, you have two options:
First: Submit a complaint with the Labor Office against the company through the following link:
Second: To initiate a lawsuit before the UAE courts demanding that the company either complete the recruitment procedures or compensate you for the damages caused to you.
