We would like to inform you that according to the UAE residency law, if the family is on your sponsorship and want to change the employer, you shall cancel the visa by the previous sponsor as well as the cancellation of visa for children and family as being on your sponsorship
Therefore, for changing the employer and transferring the sponsorship, the procedure can only be done by canceling the visa for you and the family
