We would like you to know that employers in the UAE are required to pay employees' salaries once a month on their due dates, which must be on the day after the end of the salary due dates, provided that payment is no later than 10 days from the due date.
If the contract does not provide for fixed salary entitlements, the employer must pay the employee once every 14 days.
Salaries must be paid in the UAE national currency and during working days.
To report any complaint regarding salaries and wages in the private sector, workers and employees can communicate electronically with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation through eNetwasal.
Submit a complaint to report an unpaid or late salary.
