It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that
There are no measures to be taken against certain nationalities exclusively in the UAE
there are two types of deportation: the first is a court order issued by judicial decree and the second is an administrative deportation issued by the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality.
A foreigner who has been administratively deported from the country may not return to it unless he obtains a special permit from the Minister of Interior. To authorize the administration of entry and residence permits in the Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in each Emirate, provided that the application includes all data relating to the previous residence or residence in the country and the reasons for deportation and the circumstances that followed, and it may justify the license to enter the country again, you have to attach all the necessary documents in this regard.
As for the removal of judicial deportation, you shall request to the Public Prosecution to consider canceling the deportation order, stating the reasons and documents, and the request will present to the competent committee for decision.
