We would like to inform you that the fines start once the residence expired after 30 days of grace period, after that you have to leave the country. Note that the company shall pay any fines that they caused it due to the delay in the procedures.

You can travel to any country including Saudi as there is no deportation from UAE. Even if there is administrative deportation then that will not prevent you from entering Saudi or other GCC countries.
