We would like to inform you that if you want to move to another country, you must terminate your employment contract in the UAE in this regard, we must distinguish between two things:

1) If your contract of employment is of limited duration, in this case, if you wish to quit, the employer must be compensated for the equivalent of half a month's wage for each remaining month of the contract period.

2) If the contract of employment is indefinite duration, in this case you must give an warning to the employer that you want to leave the work before 30 days, otherwise you will be obliged to compensate the employer for a salary of months

The law gives you the right to terminate the contract without notice or before the expiry of the contract period without compensation if the employer breaches his obligations stipulated in the contract or law and then you can leave the state without a no objection letter
