You can also submit a request for mercy to the Minister of Interior. The application will be considered and decided either by acceptance or rejection.

The administrative dimensions issued against the expatriate for the following reasons:

A) If he is sentenced and the court orders in his judgment to deport him.

B) If he does not have a visible means of living.

C) If the security authorities believe that his deportation is called for by the public interest, public security or public morals.

If the deportation is judicial, it must be challenged by opposition if the verdict is in absentia, or by appeal if the verdict is present or by cassation if the verdict has been appealed. If all legal methods have been exhausted to appeal this verdict. Here you have to submit a request for mercy, to remove the name from the lists of deportees, and obtain the permission of the competent authorities to allow re-entry.
